can some help me please

Hey everyone if some can help I'm  on Norethisterone tablets but I'm on a conception ( pill ) my doctor told me norethisterone will help me with blood spotting but she didn't tell me it would affect my pill I've only taken norethisterone for 3 days 3 times a day but I've been getting sick and really light headed , me and the boyfriend had unprotected sex on the first day starting the tablets but I stoped taking both tablets because I've beens sick from them and my doctor won't listen I've googled about norethisterone and lots of people ended up pregnant does anyone have the same experience ? Could I be pregnant
