My symptoms are getting stronger

Hey guys ok I wrote something on the 12th   the symptoms have gone worse I started off with pains under my belly and then it went to having a sore. Back I has that symptoms for two weeks now and now I have started to smell everything and every time  i at something that I will normally  eat I will start feeling  sick and want to vomit   I have not vomited yet just the feeling like it when I smell food I finished eating it  make me feel sick  I been feel very tired and also also getting mood swings I a hardly eat and also my noise has s to get oily my smelling is very strong I can smell everything so I don't know what's going on someone plz explain
