EWCM 6dpo

Hi guys, my partner and I have been ttc for 8 mo. I just experienced  an hour after my partner and I BD. I waited with sperm inside for 20 minutes then flushed and peed out. I was in my fertile week, and experienced ewcm on the 23rd of April my period started on the 10th. Now I am only getting creamy cm which says I'm done with ovulating. are there moms who conceived on the day ewcm appeared? Not a mommy and ttc for our first Only thing I have noticed in some dull cramps on day 3 and same dull cramps on day 5 and day 6 my kidney has pressure on right side no burning when pee I only drink water. Please let me know what you guys think.
