HELP!!!

Hello Everyone,

My name is Tiffany I am 22 years old and my husband and I have been having problems trying to concieve. I was pregnant when I was 18. We were going to have a girl but I had a still birth at 5 and a half months. We were trying to get pregnant before but nothing was working so I looked online and bought these natural fertility pills called fertilaid. After taking that for about 3 weeks I found out I was pregnant. We have been trying on and off for about 3 years now and nothing seems to work. I have been to a doctor they said everything checks out. I was hoping if there's some tips or tricks on how people were having trouble and then it worked. Right now I want to try everything possible before going to see a fertility specialist. It has been so long and I want to start our family already. Note I do smoke and drink occasionally but when I was trying to conceive before I stopped. Baby dust to everyone I hope to hear from you all
