Is it safe to conceive the same month as hsg

Hi ladies I am going for a hsg test and I am taking clomid for pcos and I want to know if it is safe to conceive the same month any one conceive t same month and had a healthy baby as I see people saying they conceived and mc as I don't want to waste a month but I would not want to risk it ??
