Implantation bleed/early pregnancy/miscarriage

Normally I have a regular cycle every month with only 2 day period. I had my period on 5th Oct and I started bleeding 28th Oct (1week before expected) I thought it was implantation bleeding but its now 2nd Nov and I'm still bleeding!?! As I have only been having 2 day periods which are light anyway this has completely confused me. 

Ive got aching in my lower abdominal, it's red & with little clots very rare tho. 

Could it be an early period? Should I still take a test on 5th Nov even if im still bleeding? 

Dont want to go to the doctors if they are only going to tell me it's just a change in my cycle.
