Asherman's Syndrome

I've been for an ultrasound today regarding some pain I've been having. They decided the pain was hormone based due to changing contraceptions but found scarring on my uterus from a really bad PID I had a year and a half ago. I'm absolutely devastated. My partner and I were going to start TTC in the new year.  I had no idea what Asherman's syndrome even was until today and so I read up on it and even though there are some positive stories but it's mostly negative. People having recurrent miscarriages, chemical pregnancies, stillbirths, difficulty conceiving and complete infertility. I'm so upset and I don't know anyone who has had this so I have nobody to talk to is there anyone here who can offer me any advice or resssurance or just share their experiences?
