Needing advice

Okay so I am not sure what is going with me. On Friday I noticed slight pink blood on the toilet paper. I thought it was impending bleeding because I was still 5 days out from af showing. The light pink lasted from mid afternoon through the rest of the night. The next morning there was bright red blood on toilet paper but then that was it. Later in the evening I started cramping, got extremely light headed, and started what I thought was a heavy flow. My af is never heavy, always very light. Well this flow is dark red but mostly brown and lots of clots. I googled what was going on and of course the first thing that pops up is early miscarriage. Now it's all I can think about and I'm freaking myself out. Any thoughts?
