Am i pregnant?

Hi hope someone can help me!

2 months ago i got a positive test followed by a negative, i have had 2 periods since but different to usual (alot lighter and for not as long). I have been feeling very quite sicky but not feeling like i am actually going to throw up, im constantly bloated, cramps and peeing all the time and my dog wont leave me alone! I did a test yesterday which was positive (digital test) then got a clear blue which was neg then 2 further negatives. I saw a gp she made me do another test which was neg.

I am so confused and stressed and wonder if anyone has been through the similar experiences? And the outcome? Your advice would be greatly appretiated thanks
