TTC for 18 months, now referred for laparoscopy

Hello,

We’ve been trying to conceive for 18 months. I’ve had all my hormone tests done, which are fine and my partners SA is also fine. 

We went for our first referral appointment today and have a provisional diagnosis of polycystic ovaries and endometriosis. The next step is a laparoscopy to confirm the diagnosis and remove any lesions if possible. 

I was just wondering if anyone has been through this procedure and had any success after it?
