23 & On the pill/have PCOS, advice?

So I'm not sure where to begin as this is pretty new to me but I will try my best to explain myself/situation... So I'm 23 and looking to try and have a baby with my partner, I am on cilest and have been on it since I was 12 due to hormonal problems/irregular periods, I also have PCOS and so really I'm just looking to hear other people's experiences when trying to conceive and what the right step forward for me would be as I am still on the pill.. any advice would be greatly appreciated ☺ again I am very be new to all of this so thank you
