Help

New to this so I’m not sure I’m doing this right.. but, I’ve been on the pill For about 3 months, had my period last weekend but it lasted only about 2-3 days. I felt a little off this week so I took a pregnancy test Friday. It looked faint, but looked like it was positive. Took a digital one, it came out positive. Went to a clinic took a pee test & came out negative? So now I’m waiting on blood test result but last night I had pink discharge(sorry if this is gross) & then started bleeding this morning.. I have no idea what this means & would really hope to hear some answers.. so sorry it’s long
