PCOS I hate it!

So this month I started spotting at cd 29. My cycles used to be 29 days until they went irregular 2 years ago, was lucky to get my period before day 34 sometimes went 60-70 days without. My last cycle was 79 days and I had a really heavy flow to the point I’d bleed through super tampons in an hour, had negative pregnancy tests so wasn’t a miscarriage. But this time around it started of dark brown almost black, is now red but is only really there when I go to the loo, only really need a liner. This has been happening for 7 days now, for the first 3 days I didn’t actually need a line at all.

Anyone got any ideas what could be going on?

Really need this to stop so I don’t miss my window this month 😣
