I need advice - partner only has one testical and low sperm mobility

My partner and I are i ttc

I've 2 kids previous 

My partner has 1 testical working

 The other one never dropped undescending testicals he has

Has anyone else had any joy convincing when there partner has had this.  His sperm moilblty is low too.
