Letrozole side effect?or Pregnant no hcg?

Hi ladies..I was diagnosed with secondary infertility after trying for almost 3year, i was put on letrozole and the last cycle i had adose was in August,I had a period in September which means my dose of letrozole didn't work and since then I haven't got any period though I always have very long cycles  between 45 to 62 days but my confusion is my stomach has grown like you can see and this week I started feeling flutters in my tummy,I have done  tests that are all negative but I am abit hesitant to go to my doctor she might think am crazy,do you think it's aside effect of letrozole or maybe something is wrong?
