low sperm count and gone crazy with supplements
hi, we got a bit of a shock when my husband got a bad sperm result/low counts, especially when all home testing kits said his counts were fine
he got a result of 10m, everything else was good.
since then i feel like ive gone crazy adding stuff to boost counts as ours odds are slashed in half and we have already been ttc for 18 months.
he is on:
1. wellmans conception
2. 1 500mg vitamin c chewable tablet
3. 1 500mg ashwagandha tablet
4. 1 500mg / 2000mg pure root black maca tablets
5. 1 200mcg selenium tablet
6. omega 3 tablets (when he doesnt eat omega 3 in the day)
when we got bad results he was taking - wellmans and thats it. because we really didnt believe it could possibly be him. so in essence we have added 5 new supplements.
im not even sure how he should take them? all together/at same time? what onces should he definately not take together and which ones should he?
Thank you
we just want to concieve, and quickly, we are looking at kick starting ivf in july so only have 1 more cycle of trying after this one has gone so i feel erratic to get it sorted.

Try to add iron in his diet and lots of spinach, kale and parsley.
From supplement leave Wellman's (or try men supplements for TTC) omega-3.
Boost citrus fruit intake, help a lot
As a good healthy snack- handful of walnuts and bananas.
If he is drinking soya milk, swap it for almond or oat, as soya has isoflavones (associate with lower count again)
