Test negative/positive

Hey I currently have a implant in my arm but I’ve been having symptoms like tiredness headaches peeing a lot more than usual so on the off chance got a pregnancy test cheap one (pack of 2) both came back with 1 strong line and a faint line so was abit like WOW IM ON THE IMPLANT so I went and brought a pack of clear blue test and both came back negative can anyone help me please as I’m confused
