Some hope please

Can anyone help or give a little hope. My husband and I have 2 children. He had a vasectomy in 2018 then decided to reverse in 2021. We have been actively trying since. It was found that he has normal sperm counts since but has some clumping from antibodies. I have been tested and all is well. We have been trying now for around 18months with no success. We don't really want to go down the route of IVF. Are there any similar stories out there with success? Or anything we can try? Generally healthy & neither smoke, I also dont drink. Thank you

Hi there, I'm sorry to hear about your struggles. It sounds like you and your husband have been through a lot in your efforts to expand your family. Firstly, it might be worth consulting with another (more experienced) fertility specialist who can provide more tailored advice and guidance based on your specific situation (also considering your age, if you are 35+). Another thing to consider is exploring alternative or complementary therapies, such as acupuncture or herbal supplements. While there isn't a lot of scientific evidence to support the effectiveness of these approaches, some people find them helpful in boosting fertility. It's important to try to stay positive and maintain a healthy lifestyle. Eating a nutritious diet, staying physically active (min. 30 min activities 3 times per week, especially for me - here is latest research), and managing stress can all help to optimize your fertility. I hope this helps and wish you and your husband all the best in your journey. xx
