Hey ladies, recently joined and have been trying to get my head around all the abbreviations.
I finshed the pill at the end of March and had my first 'proper' AF on the 11 April.
Anway, AF arrived today bang on 28 days cycle so am hoping that this is a good sign for things to come. Now need to work out when I will be ovulating and hope things happen.
Am currently taking Folic Acid too which I was very ecited about buying, silly I know.

    Hi Cha, I was not sure whether to use opk or not. Are you? I did a quick check on the web to see when most fertile using my first day of AF. Will probably have a look at opk at lunch. xx

    i am. i got pregnant 1st time but MC in aoril but am going back on them as soon as my AF arrives.
