cotbed recommendations needed (also in Baby)

My LO is 9+4 and while there is plenty of space in her crib at the moment I think that I should make a start on her nursery. We were hoping to sell our house before she would need to move out of our room but it doesn't look likely in the current market image
I'm just wondering if you lovely ladies could recommend a cotbed...there are so many out there I don't know where to start!!!! I don't need a furniture package so its really only the cotbed I'm after.
Also what mattress did you go for?

    For a fairly low priced bed it felt really sturdy and Sophie has loads of room in it. We bought the ventilated mattress from John Lewis as well.

    we have an east cost one from mothercare, they price matched kiddysave too inc a sprung mattress it was about 180 in the end,should have been about 45 more,all in, its got the hight settings for the mattress which is great, its got solid bottoms so she cant poke her legs out xx
