Is anyone else having really vivid dreams at the moment? Mine are so real I hardly feel like I've been asleep when I wake up!

    yup. All the time. Been having them for several weeks now!! I've no idea why you get them, they say it's the fact that you're anxious but it's not that at all. I reckon a hormone imbalance!

    I was! But then I started taking a sleeping pill (with vitamin B6 should help nausea) and they stopped, thank goodness!
