Got a horribble cold

Have tried everything to shift this cold, Vitamin c Hot diluting juice Vicks Menthol crystals Roasting bath that makes bathroom all steamy On day 4 of this, what else can I try? x

    Apparently you can get something called 'rhinitis of pregnancy' which believe it or not is cold & flu like symptoms without actually having a cold or the flu! I've read up about it as I'm constantly sneezing & apparently it's very common and usually as your entering your second trimester.



    It's down to the high amounts of estrogen you have during pregnancy which can cause swelling to the membranes in the nose and congestion ...



    It's a lot to explain so google it but can last untill you give birth image
