Angel sounds doppler

Hi,

I just got my angel sounds doppler today..im only 7 weeks..but does anyone know ho to use it properly ??

    Is an angel sounds one the same as a hand held sonicaid used by mws? Or is it one of them disc ones you strap round you, that you use from 16w onwards?



    My doppler is same as mw and with dd I picked up heartbeat at 9 weeks 2 or 4 days, can't remember which! But I had to press down into my pelvis to get it. And kept getting my illiacs at first! image



    I love my doppler, a real life saver if used correctly.

    its a handheld one -i can pick up my own heartbeat but i think its too early to hear babys hb yet image

    Yeah defo to early....at 7 weeks its only just getting picked up on abdominal ultrasound....at 8 weeks it gets a good regular beat but is too tiny!.....9 weeks but nearer to 10 weeks is best coz baby is bigger so easier to find! image
