Talkback: New child bike wheel could mean no more stabilisers!

    How are they supposed to learn to balance the bike them self if this thing's doing it for them.

    My three oldest just learnt without stabilisers.They had them at first but they got in the way,so we took them off andthey were able to teach themselves.

    I think this would probably slow them down,rather than help them learn.

    I think falling off is definitely all part of learning to ride a bike and as long as you're never too far away to dust them off when they topple, the traditional way is best! I expect this'll be very expensive too, but it's good that the wheel operates like a normal wheel, so they can carry on using the bike once they've got the hang of riding.
