Please help, would this be classed as invalid

Can someone please help. I took this test with SMU, the pink dot came up right away and is still there now. Would this be classed as invalid?

    I am not sure as always thought it would be invalid if the control line didn't show, it is odd how there is just 1 pink spot mind..I would throw it and try another 1.
