Light brown discharge day before period supposed to end

Ok so I’ve had gonnoreah and trichomonis I’ve been treated for both maybe 4 weeks ago and recently had my first period since and I’ve had a heavy flow which never happened since I was 13 I’m 16 now and I have this discharge and it smells???? What is this and what should I do???
