tryin 4 a baby

hey i need help as im goin mad. i came off the pill on 8th this mth to start tryin 4 another baby (had my period) a couple of days ago i started gettin twinges like a period pain, pains in my breasts and itchin and also bustin 4 a wee alot and wen i go theres hardly anythin there. i fell with my son within the 1st 2mths of tryin. would i start feelin early symptoms already as would only b about 2weeks x
