Well, it seems that I....
....am joining you ladies! I saw a consultant today who scanned me and confirmed I have PCOS. I start metformin in a week or so to see how it goes and have to go back in feb to see if it's helped. Anyone here wanna be my metformin buddy??? xx

You already suspected PCOS didn't you? At least they know what they are dealing with now and can give you the help you need. Its a step in the right direction hunny.

Yup, I've suspected I have it for a little while, so am actually quite relieved that the consultant just confirmed it there and then and sent the prescription to my gp to be completed. Hopefully it'll get things moving a bit quicker now on the fertility front (hopefully!).
