2ww

Hi there. I am due to take a pregnancy test on the 4th after my 2ww after having fer. I am on tablets and pessaries. I have not bled up to now and get the consent feeling of wanting to be sick. Tonight when I went to the loo there was a very very small spot of pale pink discharge. Am hoping this is not the start of a bled?? This is my second fer and this is the furthest I have got without bleeding. Can anyone advise Thanks in advance
