menopur-and-now-bleeding

I just finished my first round of menopur injections to help with ovulating. After u/s showing follicles and bloodwork, I took my trigger shot almost 2 weeks ago. Today is day 10 after "ovulation" and started to bleed, red/stretchy period-like. My hormone levels are usually low so maybe now that I stopped injections, my levels are low again and this is causing my period like bleeding? I am supposed to do my home pregnancy test tomorrow and blood test this week. If I follow a regular 28 day cycle, AF should not come for 5 more days. Personal experience would be helpful!! Has anyone had this happen bleeding-wise?? Thanks!! Still Hoping for a BFP tomorrow!
