Sticky Blood & IVF

Hi, I've had 5 miscarriages and now been diagnosed with sticky blood (hughes syndrome).

Going for second round of IVF but nobody at the fertility or miscarriage clinic can seem to answer a very specific question...

Taking baby aspirin on a positive pregnancy test will reduce blood thickening and chance of miscarriage.

But technically when the embryo is transferred I'm pregnant, even though the positive test doesn't come until 2 weeks later.

So should I start taking aspirin on the day of embryo transfer, or wait until the positive test result?

Hi didn't want to read and run as my oh cousin has sticky blood, had 4 miscarriages and now injects blood thinner daily and is 28 weeks. She did fall naturally so not sure about the aspirin , just thought would be nice to hear a similar story with so far happy outcome! Wish u all the best.
