Letrozole and PCOS

Hi All

I have pcos which has resultsed in my partner and I using fertility medication as we ttc. We did 50mg clomid twice with ovidrelle injection both times. Unfortunately both times have not worked. Today Is my last  day taking letrozole and Wednesday I have a follicle scan to see if it has worked. 

I wanted to ask please if you had any strange feelings while take letrozole? I've had cramping on and off in my stomach for 4 out of the 5 days I've been taking it. Also full aches in my lower back. Has anyone had a successful first round of 2.5mg letrozole and gone on to have a baby?
