ICSI post transfer symptoms

Hi all,
My partner and I have just had our first cycle of ICSI with EC on 19th and a 5 day transfer on 24th. I am now 5dp5dt and going slightly insane with the wait, I dont have any symptoms other than sore boobs and weepy but that might be the progesterone tablets with little to none CM also. Has anyone had no symptoms after transfer and got a positive?

P.S. 6 pregnancies in total and I only had symptoms once and this pregnancy end up with MC....
I'm 2dp5dt using frozen embryo (ICSI). How are you getting on?
Our result was a bfp, we just had the viability scan and all looked perfect. I didnt get any symptoms during the 2ww whatsoever but trust me the sickness has kicked in in full now!!
Good luck, its hard but try to stay calm and positive. Sending lots of baby dust!!
