Is IUI worth it? 38F &35M

Going into April will be month 6 of TTC. it will be my 4th month taking chlomid. Next step is IUI but with an 8-10% success rate, is it even worth it? My blood work is normal and my partners semen analysis came back great. Any suggestions on what may have worked for you after months of trying?

    @LeahB84 we had 3 cycles of IUI back in 2017/18 which all failed, we were just starting IVF with a different clinic that kind of gave me the impression that the IUI was a waste of time. In the end we fell pregnant naturally just as we were preparing for the IVF!
    If we were to go back in time I'd just go straight to the IVF and bypass the IUI.

     I was told by my gynecologist to go straight to ivf. IUI is ok if you are younger, but if you are over 35 your better time go straight to ivf and not waste the time on iui
