Quick Clomid Question

Just a quick clomid question!
Have been prescribed clomid for 3 months as my consultant says im not ovulating every cycle! She said to take it from day 2-day 6 of my cycle!
I started bleeding lightly last night so do i count yesterday as day 1 and day2 today? Or would it be day 1 today and day 2 tomorrow?
Sorry if that sounds really stupid
