Ovulation test positive 4 days long has anyone experienced this

hey there , Ive been a member on here for about a year or so know I have just had a operation done a month ago to remove adhesions and they notices my left tube was pulling flat witch means it wasn't working properly . So I have recovered from that but we are on our first cycle since the operation and for 4 days straight we have had clear positive ovulation test 

please can someone anyone reply on my post if you have had the same problem before should myself and husband be concerned ??...
