Was,on Utovlan. Came off had positive test and now bleeding...

So im new,round here and I could really use some advice. We have been ttc for nearly 3years and I was started on some metformin recently. We then went away and I was due my period whilst away so I took utovlan norethisterone I came off it over a week ago and now period came. Did a test on friday came back postive. I was so excited. Today had loads ofof cramping and now bleeding quite a bit. Im about 7weeks along,. 

My only problem is that the drs aren't open until tuesday cos ofI new years. Is it dangerous to wait until then. I think its a miscarriage. I have had one before (2yrs ago). Im really sad and miserable..
