2 years trying

Me and hubby have been trying to conceive for 2 years now with no joy. He went for a sperm analysis test and showed none of his sperm was swimming, didn't tell u the count I don't think and morphology was near normal. He's now taking well man with extra zinc and folic acid, eating healthier changed underwear etc however is unable to exercise a lot due to prosthetic leg and the pain he gets. Is there any hope for us? We don't qualify for ivf/icsi either.
