OV'ing pains

I believe I am due to OV in the next couple of days. I've been getting pains low down in my abdomen which I have had before but also have quite bad pain in my right leg around my groin area and goes down to my thigh. Everytime I get up or sit down it's quite painful and have never noticed this before.
Wanted to know if anyone else has had this when oving. Or maybe just something else alltogether!!

I think I get ov pains but they don't sound anything like that. Mine are just like very mild af cramps on and off, sometimes just for half an hour sometimes on and off for a day or two.
