Just wanted to try & put your mind at rest. I went to my 1st gynie appointment last wednesday having exactly the same symptoms as you! My CD21 bloods came back at 1.5 & i too have POCS.
When you go you will proberbly ask you about your cycles,( helpful if you have a rough record but dont worry if you havent!) & how often you & your OH BD. Gynie said that they see loads of people who are both fine but just dont have BD enough! They may also ask you about any symptoms your having due to POCS, like facial & body hair growth, spots , weight gain ect.
Im not sure if you will have to but my gynie also did a quick examination of me, unfortunately this did mean an internal & checking my tummy.
My gynie then arranged for me to had CD3 & CD21 bloods retested & a HSG,(think thats right), to check my tubes arent blocked, although as i concieved last year he doesnt think that this will be the case.
They may also ask if your partner would be willing to do a sample for SA.
On the whole it wasnt the dreadful experience id feared & it was reassuring to know that they are there to help. I hope this awnsers some of your questions & puts your mind at ease a little.
All the best hun, hope it goes realy well for you. xxxxxxxxxx )

They will probably mention DH testing at the appt as they do like to test the man as well.
I have everything crossed for you hun!
