This is my 1st post here in LLTTC. I have been lurking in TTC after mc but I am finding it hard seeing ladies come and go while I'm still there! I admit to sneaking in here the past 2 months or so but haven't posted yet although I have followed some of your stories (very quietly).
DH and I have been TTC for 13 months with 1 mmc. AF has just arrived - again! - and I have decided to try and do more things to help me.
I wondered if anyone has tried acupuncture and if so is it worth giving it a go? Also is it expensive? I am totally unsure about how it works or even where to find a decent place.
I would really appreciate any advice.

Well today I have had my first ever +opk so I am really exciting!
I have had 2 sessions so far and the last one was on Friday where she did some stuff to promote OV!
I go to a multi bed clinic which is basically 4 beds with people being trated at the same time. It's not gonnabe for everyone but it keeps the cost down.
I pay ??18 per session and in a normal session it would be costing me ??35 so big difference!

I have been having reflexology which has been lovely. Think acupuncture may be next. If you go on zita west website and type in your postcode on the alternative therapy section there are zita west approved fertility acupuncturists there. I will be going to oone as I want someone to specialise in fertility x x
baby_vivvy a positive opk for you is a great result! I really do think I will give it a go. And I may well be asking you more questions!
Mafia Princess I remember you too! Thank you for the website, I will def have a look at that as a specialist in fertility is what I want (and a BFP, and a sticky BFP at that!).
It's so hard to know what to do for the best! I know the best thing is to stay calm and relaxed, but that is so difficult!!!!
