Anyone done any first aid courses ? I wouldnt have a clue if the little ray of sunshine took a choking fit or a coughing attack, anything really. Could do with doing a course on it.

    Speak to your health visitor I bet they could point you in the right direction, I'm not sure if ours even offer a day course on it or something. To be honest I've not took much notice as I'm a registered first aider because of work and I only did it in march, but to be honest even though I had done it before when my daughter had a fit I just went into melt down!



    I think if you look in your red book there is a few first aid tips in there!
