Hi Liz a quick question

I think it was you but i cant find where it is on the threads but had suggested a book by Annabel Karmel I think that's the name about weaning. Which book did you get and is it good.

    Hi Jillycat, I think they all have pretty good reviews but the one I have is 'Feeding your baby & Toddler' it is really good and gives you info on what foods to avoid because of potential allergies, what nutrients are important, how to introduce solids, what equipment you need. Then it has recipes all the way up to 7 years old which all look really nice!
    Definately worth getting I think! xx
