Hello DID Mummys,



How are you all doing today?



I think I am finally starting to feel the morning sickness kick in, or maybe it was just cleaning out dd's frog tank that pushed me over the edge.



I could fall asleep by 9pm each evening which is actually been quite nice to get so much rest.



I am also looking forward to having a good excuse to eat cream eggs, or at least I am forgetting for the moment how queasy I'll be and just dreaming about easter. lol



Hope everyone else is doing all right.

    Hiya!



    I felt a bit icky this morning, not sure if it was just caused by serious hunger when I woke up but a few times today I haven't felt quite right.



    Strangely I appear to be going off carrots again too, last pregnancy they made me want to puke and got the same feeling yesterday, so odd! Think it was around 6 weeks I started noticing more symptoms last time so does explain it.



    Mmmm cream eggs, could go for one of them with my cuppa. I looove mini eggs too, hubby called earlier to say he's in Tesco and anything I want, silly man mentioned mini eggs, I'm gonna be fat in no time!

    im not doing to good today! got v.bad pains today at work and had to go home! i went to the doctors and they have booked me into an early scan for tomorrow to check everything!!1 im so scared! im 5 weeks 5 days! can you see a heartbeat this early?! wish me luck! everything crosses

    Oh Hannah , I saw your last post - stay positive. The unknown is scary but we're always here for you. TBH, I'm not sure if they can see a heartbeat yet - I thought it was about 6 weeks but you may be lucky and see it early - fingers x'd for you.



    Well, today I went to my GP for my first appt. I live in Canada so will be seeing her throughout the pregnancy. I didn't learn anything I didn't already know but by blood pressure issues are already a problem :evil:



    This preg. was a bit of surprise as I wanted to get off meds before I got pregnant again. I had PE with my dd and it never went down to 'normal'. I was on meds and it worked well but as soon as I thought I could be pregs, I had to stop it. Today my bp was up so she gave me a pregnancy safe prescription... it sucks! She said as long as my bp is controlled I should be able to get to 39 weeks but if not.... I don't even want to think about it... scary...



    Other than that, it's a lovely day here so just puttering around the house and resting alot.



    Is anyone else REALLY thirsty all the time? I drink water by the bucket loads :lol:

    Today I came down with my first full on migraine, blind spots, blurred vision and nausea along with a huge headache which was horrible as I don't get headaches, quite scary too. Went super sleepy, not much fun with an 18 month running around!!



    Off to bed early to try and get rid of it, really hope it isn't the start of a rough 12 weeks, last time I had no sickness and hardly any symptoms especially this early, I am only 5 weeks!! Maybe it's twins....... image

    I'm completely knackered by 8pm - 9pm, my breasts are tender and I'm a little queasy. Saw my midwife today - as I have had 3 previous miscarriages, she's handing me over to a specialist until at least the 12-week mark. I've got to wait at least a week though to get an appointment... just hoping all goes well this time

    Hello - I know this was a yesterday thread but I'm a bit slow! I am good - the sun is shining and the doctor dated me about a week and a couple of days further along than I think I should be. I think I'll be put back when I get a scan but it does mean I should get a midwife appointment and scan a week or so earlier than I otherwise would! She said I should get some paperwork in 2-3 weeks so yet more waiting. It seems pregnancy is just a lot of waiting and not feeling quite right! How is everyone else today?

    yea the scan was ok, everything is growing in the right place so no ectopic!! could see the yolk sac and was mesured to be at 6 weeks! they couldnt see any signs why i should be bleeding. they couldnt see an embryo because the doc said its prob to early but im going back for another in a week!! feel a bit better now but still dont FEEL pg!! its a strange feeling!! my boobs are so painful now, which is annoying but apart from that feel normal!! hope the next scan goes well! i know exactly what you mean about just waiting and worrying!! glad im not the only one!! my bf thinks im going mad! :S xx

    I think it is totally natural to worry! if i get pains i worry, if the pains stop i worry, if i get windy pains i worry ( and i have Chrons!!!). My boobs hurt i get annoyed, my boobs stop hurting I panic!!!! I thought the 2ww to test was bad but the next 5 week wait for the scan is worse!!!!!!!!!
