Bumbo trays

Just wondering if any one has any good ways of getting the tray on and off with Lo in the Bumbo...neither me or OH has been able to figure out a good way to do it and we cant get her in and out with the tray on!

    Hubby pulled Amber out backwards , but her "little" chubby, thunder thighs that will help her when she becomes a prop forward to keep the scrum up, got stuck!!!

    i put it on the top and push the tip under the base, i have to lift it slightly though,
