Finally she laughs
We had Phoebe's first laugh this evening 
She is a very happy smiley baby but up until now she didn't actually laugh or giggle.
This evening I was playing with her on her activity matt and she started to laugh. it was really goofy and absolutely adorable.
Definitely a moment to treasure.
