List of what to buy
I know this has been done on every thread going but I always struggle to find a good list. Also, thought perhaps we could tailor our list based on having summer babies...
I have written a list of all the things I can think of but would welcome any suggestions from other June mummies - first timers and more experienced mummies..

my friends and family take the mick out of me because of my lists, and because I am so organised, will have to show them this they might leave me alone
I don't think you two have anything off so I have nothing to add!! xx
Fibre: wholegrain cereals, baked beans, figs, apricots, broccoli, citrus fruit, whole/brown rice
Vit B: tomatoes, salmon, bananas
Vit C: peppers, watercress, red fruits, citrus
Vit eggs, salmon, sunlight
Vit K: very green veg
vit E: seeds especially sesame
calcium: almonds, cheddar, corn tortillas, milk, White bread
magnesium: almonds, cooked beans, raisins

All common sense really! Sorry that list is not very extensive but I had to quickly flick through! I picked out things I new I would eat and things that seemed to repeat. Then I tried to plan my weekly shop to include these things.
luckily i dont need much as I have everything from dd who is 9 months. just depends on sex of bubs x
