Aww hun, sorry to hear that. I unfortunately do not know much about this, but didn't want to read this and dash off without doing a mention! Have you looked it up on the internet or got any books out on it? You need rest is there anyone else family or friends who can help you out? xx

Sorry Im gatecrashing but i suffered from SPD with my last pregnancy and its coming back this time already at 18 weeks.

I bought a belt especially for spd during pregnancy and that helps alot. Think I got mine from mothercare. You need to go and get your doctor to refer you for physio they give you some exercises to help.

Try to keep your legs together when getting out car etc, I know its not easy with a bump. Try to rest as much as possible and remember that pain killers are good but they mask pain therefore you dont know when your pushing yourself too far. I also have a 22 month old so I know its not easy when you have alot on

i had this with dd (now 10 months) and i am getting it back now. Its bloody painful and regularly brings me to tears. havent been to the mw yet, just going to wait until my next appointment in 2 weeks (my mw's are sceptical of spd)

Like willowbaby said, keeping your legs together is the best way of reducing the pain but aside from that i dont really know anything else. get yourself a referral for some physio x
