BOY NAMES

I find name pioking SOOOOOO Hard. Its something they will be stuck with for life so I want to make sure I love it!!!

We had a girls name lined up but no real boys names. My DH has his heart set on 1 name that i'm not so keen on so would like some inspiration please ladies!!!!

My little boy is called Joseph (we always call him Joe)

I like the name Alexander.

i havent got a clue.... if its a boy we're just gonna go with baby boy b for a while lol

most boy names i remotely like are so popular... or unpopular!! i am stuck.

We really struggled with boy names last time & are again this time....

My son is Benjamin Alexander which I love!

we had trouble thinking of boys names, we really liked Alfie then my friend had a boy a few months ago and called him Alfie so that was off the list we then had Andrew but wasn't sure of it getting shortened to Andy, we also really liked Freddie, Harry & Mylo but just couldn't decide on one....good job we are having a girl!

My Ds is Joseph (Joe) which we obviously love.

Last time we struggled with boys names. And only came up with this the day before I gave birth. We could have named a girl 10x over.

This time there's loads of boys names we like

We've picked our boys name already, but have a massive list of them that I love - if baby is a girl, I'll share, but not if its a boy as I'm worried I'll change my mind at the last minute and want to use one of them! x

Nearly all the names suggested we have close friends, family or pets named after!!! why do animals get boy names!!!

So still having a complete nightmare.

I love Mylo but DH hates it

I also love Dexter - i think we have someone on here with a Dexter? But I just can't see we are ever going to agree!!!!

We had Eliza agreed for a girl

I thought Theodora was a girl's name too, isn't the boy version Theodore??

I think we've settled on Samuel George for a boy. We've got nothing for a girl though.

M2B - my dd has the same name as my childhood dog!!!! It was the only name we could agree on, but now everyone says they associate it with my dd and not with the dog (who died 15 years ago). Hubby did suggest Lucy for this one, but we also had a dog called Lucy so I think it would be going a bit too far to have both our children with the same name as my dogs.

Having said that hubby had a dog called Sammy when he was a child.......

I love the more unusual ones. But just to make it that bit harder we have a 1 sylebal (sp?) surname so pretty much everything sounds stupid!!! :?

We had decided on Henry William if baby is a boy, but I've changed my mind, I think its too English sounding next to Iona, which is very Scottish. I re-opened name negotiations with DH yesterday (had to resort to sexual favours ha ha!!). My personal favourites are Roddy and Finlay, both of which I think go well with Iona, and also with William as middle name, which is a definite. Any thoughts girls?
