How often f/f ?

Stupid question - but I was stretching Jasmine to 3.5 - 4 hours in between feeds but just started Reading Gina Ford book and it suggests a bit more often.... She is 3.5 weeks old - how often are you guys feeding from the bottle at this age ? Thanks S XX

    oh god, i'm lucky if we get to 3 hours. tyler is on cow and gate comfort and takes 120 ml eventually after two or three attempts. But am not even going to stress about a routine with him until 6 weeks because of growth spurts. I am going to start writing down his daytime and nighttime times of feeds to see if there is a pattern. HV suggested offering cooled boiled water in between feeds to make him go abit longer so am trying that today.
